Spread over 500 Sq.ft , this compact office of Sri Om Developers was designed with a knack keeping the owner’s profession in mind. This traditional workspace is modern and minimalistic with each of the chamber having its own identity. Beautiful lit rooms, geometric patterns, earthy tones, and pop of real estate theme runs across entire workspace.

Reception and Lounge Area:

A warm and welcoming reception area is what you see as we enter the office. Geometric patterns running from the ceilings and continuing half of the wall along with a world map in the backdrop speaks the global presence of the firm. It has a totally functional L-shaped reception desk designed with same geometric patterns.

Right opposite the reception area is the lounge area. It has space-sensitive seating arrangements with granite walls decorated with inspiring frames and hanging lamps that add more light and cordiality to the space.

Main Cabin:

In the owner’s cabin, beautifully designed geometric ceiling and Cityscape wall art totally catches our eyes first. And, right opposite to the L-shaped owner’s table we have cosy blue-coloured 3+1 sofas that add pop of freshness to the warming earthy tones and compliment the wall art. A nice big window that gives the glimpse of the entire office, and the television in the adjacent wall are appropriately placed serving their purposes.

Meeting Room:

The meeting room is workaday with simple greyish wall enhanced with a Compass Wall art. In the centre of the room is a small round-table seating for client meeting and brain-storming sessions. Seeing the compactness of the space, in one of the corner a small, floating prayer station is smartly placed accommodating the spiritual sentiments of the owner.

Pantry and Restroom:

The pantry has is kept purposeful with overhead cabinets and other required utilities. Likewise, the restroom is also kept simple and practical with appropriate ventilation.
